Policies & Booking Sacred Time Your appointment is a reserved ritual crafted just for you. If you must reschedule or cancel, please give at least 24–48 hours’ notice, so another guest may take your place at the altar. Tardiness Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the service may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Time, like magic, is precious. Deposits & Transformations For color corrections, blonding rituals, or bridal work, a non-refundable deposit may be required to hold your time. This ensures your spot is protected while we prepare the tools of transformation. No-Show Policy If you do not arrive for your appointment without notice, the full service amount may be required before booking again. The circle must remain unbroken. You will be charged 50% of your booked service as a no show fee. Consultations First-time guests or those seeking major changes are encouraged to schedule a consultation. This allows us to map out your vision and craft the perfect plan before the spell begins.
